Quebec City a Treasured UNESCO World Heritage Site August 1- Travel with us to charming Historical Quebec City – Our perfect home for three nights at the ideally located “Clarendon” Hotel 418-692-1511 built in 1870 claims the title as the oldest hotel in Quebec City. Upon arrival you will be treated to a delicious French Cuisine Dinner in Clarendon’s elegant dining room – You may wish to enjoy the remainder of your evening strolling throughout Vieux Quebec City
.August 2- Following a delicious breakfast we will become acquainted to North America only wall city welcoming our step on guide. Following our interesting city tour, we will travel to nearby Montmorency Falls– for a delightful and delicious buffet lunch in the spectacular Montmorency Manor overlooking the famous Falls – which are known to be higher than Niagara Falls. Following our delightful lunch we will travel along St. Lawrence River to – St. Anne de-Beaupre. We will be enthralled as we tour throughout St. Anne Basilica- the oldest pilgrimage site in North America, you will be amazed as we witness numerous artistic masterpiece, paintings, mosaics stain glass windows, stone and wooden sculptures. We will tour the Ile d’ Orleans – an island overflowing with charm – is always a delight as we are mesmerized by the architecture, the tin roofs, curved with intricate details, plus to a visit to Chocolate de I’lle d’ Orleans is always a sweet treat before returning to our very impressive hotel for a free evening to enjoy the ambience of European Charm.
August 3- This morning you will have the option of remaining at your hotel or join us for a morning of shopping at the nearby Galeries de la Capitale – home of the largest indoor amusement park in Eastern Canada plus their 280 stores! Upon return to hotel a free afternoon will be yours to enjoy the numerous specialty shops, cafes, restaurants noting cobblestone streets, historical architecture and to enjoy the European Charm. This evening join a costumed tour guide with his lighted lantern for a Ghost Tour of Quebec City. Anxiously we will stroll through Old Quebec City to hear stories of over 400 years of Mysterious ghost sightings, tragedies and haunting-(Please advise upon booking). A perfect way to end our Historical Quebec City Holiday.
August 4- We will return home from a beautiful Summer Holiday with great memories.
