October 13 – With great enthusiasm we’ll depart our homes today and travel to Tewksbury, Mass for our first night’s accommodations at the Fairfield Inn 567-336-0043.
October 14– We will travel today throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York City and New Jersey to Pennsylvania to overnight in the Historic Capitol city – Harrisburg at Best Western Harrisburg 717-561-2800
October 15 – Travelling today throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia to Natural Bridge, Virginia we will be amazed at an actual bridge that was created by a collapsed cavern that left the span that stands today. Then to our home tonight in Wytheville, Virginia – the Crossroads of America at the Quality Inn 276-228-4241.
October 16 – With great excitement, we arrive at Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at noon-hour. Our home for the next two night’s will be the Best Western Plaza Inn 865-453-5538 in Pigeon Forge located conveniently at Dollywood’s entrance. Pigeon Forge, a quaint resort town in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains, the home of Dollywood, one of Tennessee’s number 1 attraction. The remainder of the afternoon you will have the opportunity to enjoy the numerous unique stores and Blue Grass Music at nearby Gatlinburg -another resort town. Tonight, will be an exciting evening at Dolly Parton’s Stampede. Oh the fun has begun!
October 17 – Today, we will explore Dollywood – Dolly Parton’s exciting amusement park featuring stunning scenery, pleasurable performances, old time crafts and friendly folks will be a definite highlight to your trip.
October 18– We will depart this popular area to travel to another exciting city Nashville! Our accommodations for the next three night’s will be at Comfort Inn 615-889-0090. Music Row .This evening we will begin to get acquainted with Country Music as we attend Nashville’s Nightlife Dinner Theater. Come and experience a celebration of Country Music from both past and present, where you’ll experience the classics alongside of hits from the biggest superstars. October 19 – We will become familiar with Nashville by welcoming our delightful step-on-guide for an informative city tour of this famous music city. Following our exciting morning we will have time to enjoy the very popular Opry Mills Mall – before we attend the world famous home of country music! “The Grand Ole Opry” Wow what a night!
October 20 – Following a relaxing breakfast we will visit the most popular and renowned “ Country Music Hall of Fame” plus a tour of the Ryman Auditorium located in downtown Nashville before our fun atmosphere meal at Blake Shelton’s Ole Red. Oh what a perfect Nashville Day! October 21 – Departing Nashville with mixed feelings, we will travel to Hurricane Mills to visit Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and enjoy southern cooking at Loretta Lynn’s Kitchen before travelling to Memphis for our night’s accommodation at the perfectly chosen hotel The Guest House at Graceland 800-238-2010.
October 22 – Following a delicious breakfast at the elegant Graceland Hotel we will spend the remainder of our morning at the “The Home of Rock n Roll – Elvis Presley’s Graceland! Departing Tennessee we will cross the Mississippi River to Arkansas and notice rich cotton crops as we travel throughout Arkansas Delta – to downtown Little Rock Holiday Inn Presidential 501-375-2100. (home of former United States President Bill Clinton) we will overnight at downtown Little Rock. We will have an evening free to enjoy the impressive, delightful waterfront district.
October 23 – Following breakfast we will depart Arkansas and Say Hello to Missouri as we travel to exciting Branson our home for the next three nights at the Clarion Inn 417-263-3157. We will begin our exciting visit by attending the Branson Belle Show Boat. The Branson Belle showboat is America’s most entertaining Lake experience featuring a relaxing and scenic cruise on Table Rock Lake complete with a delicious three course dinner and a first class Variety Show. To be followed by another Spectacular Show TBA.
October 24- This morning has been designed for you to visit “Historical Branson” before attending the 2 p.m. “Dutton Family Show” – This evening you will be entertained by more spectacular performers “The Presley’s” – The Founders of Branson!
October 25- Another day to enjoy Branson – This is an optional day – You may wish to enjoy the many nearby attractions or join Jason & I and travel 30 mins. to the town Ozark for our noon hour lunch at Lambert’s Café, the home of thrown rolls. Outlet shopping will be arranged for you plus visiting the “Grand Village” filled with numerous unique shops & the home of Mel’s Hard Luck Café with their talented singing servers.
October 26– We will reluctantly depart Branson and travel North to St. Louis, Missouri to witness United States tallest man made monument “ The Gateway Arch to the West” This phenomenal site offers you a perfect way to capture panoramic views. Departing Missouri, we will travel to Mt. Vernon Illinois. Our night’s Drury Inn 618-246-5201.
October 27 – Visiting Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky. Travelling throughout beautiful Kentucky noticing rich farmlands is always a highlight to our night’s destination in Huntington, West Virginia. Hampton Inn 304-523-8001 October 28 – Enjoying magnificent Fall Foliage scenery throughout the Appalachian Mountain Range gives us a beautiful day for travelling. Tonight we will overnight at Holiday Inn in Allentown, PA 610-366-1600.
October 29– Our journey will continue north and overnight in
Portsmouth N.H. Holiday Inn 603-431-8000. A great location for our farewell party.
October 30 – Returning home with spectacular life long memories and new friends.
